� 1 – 2 years switchboard/reception experience
� Excellent communication skills
� Computer literacy is essential
Key Outputs:
� Manage the switchboard
� Answer incoming calls promptly
� Transfer calls to the required extensions
� Handle telephonic queries/enquiries
� Take messages and distribute it to the relevant staff
� Make calls for Executive Directors and screen their telephone calls
� Attend to visitors entering reception
� Locate and inform staff of visitors
� Arrange refreshments for visitors when required
� Manage boardroom bookings
� Phone courier service for collections when required
� Adhoc office duties
