Introduction
The following position has become available in our Operations Department based in Kaalfontein.

Specification
  • Attends to and processes credits promptly for all GRV’s.
  • Investigates and processes credits for all claims received.
  • Maintains GRV register.
  • Generates monthly print out of packet stock and transfers stock to surcharge account.
  • Investigates and resolves all debtor queries received.
  • Forward copies of signed POD’s for the month to customers who require these documents before they can effect payment for their account.
  • Ensures that written acceptance of delivery of POD’s send to customers are obtained and filed for record purposes.
  • Assist with other admin as requested by the Depot Manager
Requirements
  • Matric with Accountancy as a subject
  • Minimum 3 years administrative experience in creditors / debtors / general accounting
  • Excellent time management, problem solving skills, attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Good communication and admin skills
  • Computer literacy essential – MS Word and Excel Level 2
  • Knowledge of systems and aptitude for developing systems
