Our manufacturing client has an opening for an Office Administrator to assist their sales team. The role is based at the Klipriver business park (between Meyerton and Alberton).
- Minimum of Grade 12
- At least 2 years’ administration experience, which ideally includes financial/ accounting and reception experience
- Knowledge of the Pastel Accounting system (or similar ERP system)
- Excellent typing skills, an eye for detail and strong numeracy ability
- Computer literate, especially Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Afrikaans
- Data capturing of Bill of Materials on system
- Interact with customers and share applicable documents
- Maintenance on documents, i.e. Contracts, Instructions and Training List
- Keep track of any large orders on joints and terminations for re-ordering purposes
- Assemble supporting documents for Quotes & Tenders, assist with tender preparation
- Booking out samples, for customers and internal
- Arranging accommodation for External Sales when requested
- Customer Sales split per sales rep, issue to each rep
- Preparing customer sales spreadsheets
- Stock Availability Check
- Update and send Sales Contact List
- Support on Tender documents etc.
- General office administration
- Notifying sales of meetings etc.
- Liaising with suppliers as requested
- Return note issues, issue credit note requests to administrator to process the credit
- Assistance with invoice enquiries
- Data capturing on Pastel
Salary: R10 000 to R12 000 PM, depending on experience
