Job Description:
The position performs administrative responsibilities within the COD team. These responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Obtaining customer contact and supporting details
- Communicating with customers via various channels in order to notify the customer of the shipment details and obtain payments from customers
- Answering incoming calls and resolving customer queries.
- Undertaking daily tasks assigned by the team leader and manager(s)
- Updating of PayGate and obtaining proof of payments from customers
- Ensuring the department and UPS KPI’s are achieved relevant to the position
- Enhancing customer experience for UPS customers
- Performing ad-hoc activities as assigned.
This position may deal with confidential material on a regular basis.
