Administration Officer

Area: Florida

Package: Basic Salary: R23 000, Provident Fund: 5% Employee/5% Employer Contribution, Medical Aid: R636.00, 13th Cheque in month of birthday

Purpose of position: They will have to manage approximately 15 20 Technicians schedules and do the invoicing for their jobs. We are looking for a dynamic individual who already operates on a more senior level and will learn and grow

Duties:

Coordinate daily appointments for technical staff to attend service calls and installations

Load service orders

Request stock for daily service calls and installations

Weekly stock recon of technical staff

Creating and obtaining approval for quotes

Daily invoicing

Route Planning

Reporting

Requirements:

Matric Certificate

Minimum 5 Years relevant experience

Stock experience

Financial experience specifically invoicing and credit notes

Client Service Experience

Route planning

ERP System knowledge

Intermediate Excel knowledge

Drivers License

Own Vehicle

Able to work under pressure

Able to work accurately

Good communication skills

Clear Criminal record
