Well established national company has a vacancy for an office administrator for their Centurion branch.

The main duties of the position include but are not limited to:

  • Assist management with all administrative functions
  • Provide an efficient and effective service to customers
  • Administer and monitor the petty cash system
  • Weekly stock take and reconciliation of stock
  • Organizing stock in the warehouse and storeroom
  • Receiving deliveries and dispatching goods
  • Obtaining quotes from courier companies
  • Answering of phones

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience with stock and general office administration. It is essential that the candidate is very well organized, excellent organizational skills, figure orientated and can think on their feet.
