INTRODUCTION
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic IT Support Graduate for a 12-month Internship at our Head Office in Erasmuskloof, Pretoria. He/she will be required to assist with technical support, software support, hardware support, network management and administration of all IT assets. Ongoing training for end users to raise company-wide computer and system literacy is a core component of this position.

REQUIREMENTS
- A+ and N+, or IT Diploma, Degree, or any related formal training
- Similar experience through learnership programme.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, IIS, Domain Controller, MS Office Suite/O365
- Knowledge of Win XP, Win 7, Win 8, Win10, Server 2003, Server 2008, Server 2012, Server 2016, VM, POP3 and SMTP mail servers, IT Security, Antivirus, Networking, CCTV.
- Knowledge of MAC OSX
