Full Job Description
Desired Experience:
- Handling correspondence (via telephone, email etc.)
- Scheduling meetings and managing appointments
- Filing and organizing. Draft correspondence such as emails and letters.
- Have an understanding and liking of IT
- General admin and secretarial duties
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Minimum qualification:
- Grade 12
Beneficial
- Any qualification or experience in IT and Administration
Must have own reliable transport
Monday to Saturday
Job Type: Full-time
Ability to commute/relocate:
- New Germany, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
