JOB SUMMARY
- Setting up of Dividend Parameters on SCRIP
- Prepare correct and accurate funding letters and correspondence to all internal and external customers
- Customer service – queries handled promptly and correctly
- Accurate and timeous processing of dividend payments i.e. sign off dividend parameters, funding letters, files etc.
- Proper management of controls and procedures as per Check list – (meet deadlines)
- Smooth administering of client payments i.e. telegraphic transfers and where needed drafts
- Balancing of Dividends Tax deducted with EBS /CSDP
- Adherence to controls and procedures of the department
- Comply and acceptance of general work
SKILLS
- Interpersonal skills
- Administrative skills
- Client handling skills
- Planning and organising skills
- PC Literacy (MS Office)
- Knowledge of Registry systems
- Problem solving skills
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Matric or equivalent
- 2 Years Dividends Experience
- Knowledge of Financial Services Industry
- Understand & apply company strategy
