Join us as Customer Engagement Administrator to support and develop the Global Shared Services Travel & Expense service line embedding global harmonised processes across all regions to deliver an accurate and effective travel and expense management service across Anglo American and De Beers.
Job Description:
As part of this role, you will investigate queries reported by internal customers and former employees, validate engagement packs and engage new employees on the SAP system.
Your daily activities will include the escalation of unresolved queries to the processing teams for remedial action and accurately verify documents in terms of the HR policies, procedures and relevant conditions of employment.
You will act as a distribution point for Global Shared Services and will be required to print pay slips IRP5’s and Retirement Fund statements for distribution to the relevant employees.
This role is in the Human Resources department at a Band 8 level reporting to the Customer Engagement Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Matric / Grade 12
- Payroll qualification will be an advantage
Additional information:
- Relevant Payroll experience
- Solid experience on SAP payroll capturing system knowledge
- Experience in scanning of documents to Global Workbench (GWB) filing system
