Job Description

• Ensuring driver reconciliations are performed daily and all relevant documents are processed. * Immediately report any pricing differences to the relevant responsible person and the Van Sheet Supervisor * Scan all Claims on Capisol and save the information to the appropriate Capisol inbox * Ensure that the driver cash payment has been processed and appears on the front page before printing the driver recon. * Check all outstanding PODS on Capisol exception report and follow up with the relevant driver/s thereof.Duties & Responsibilities
• Process driver van sheets and internal documents accurately and to the satisfaction of the Financial Manager (Stock in van, Credit notes, Credit returns, manual invoices, etc) * Ensure that each driver recon being processed has all the relevant documents attached and that the route is in balance before printing the recon. * All processing for the previous day and Day end procedures to be completed by 10h00 the next morning * Maintaining good relations with drivers and assisting with drivers route orders * Assist with the processing of sales order if and when needed * Immediately report any pricing differences to the relevant responsible person and the Van Sheet Supervisor * Scan all Claims on Capisol and save the information to the appropriate Capisol inbox * Ensure that the driver cash payment has been processed and appears on the front page before printing the driver recon. * Check all outstanding PODS on Capisol exception report and follow up with the relevant driver/s thereof.Minimum Requirements
• Matric * Computer literacy – Syspro and Excel * Basic Accounting knowledge will be an advantage * Minimum of 2-3 years relevant Working experience in General financial administration.
