Provide efficient administrative services in line with local, global and legislative requirements.
To administer the distribution process in terms of orders, optimal vehicle availability, effective fulfilment of customer orders, optimal inventory levels, and efficient cancelations, allocations & reallocations for all model ranges.
To ensure the Distribution Policy is adhered to throughout MBC.
All activities will be done in compliance with the Company’s Integrity Code and other relevant policies.
Main :
Administration of the calculation of customer delivery dates in order to ensure optimal customer experience.
Administration of all transactions in adherence to the Distribution Policy of MBSA.
Optimisation and continuous of distribution and logistic processes and systemsto ensure optimal efficiency.
Administration of factory ordering of all MBC vehicles upon receipt of signed and approved order sheets.
Administration of the order book and inventory levels of MBSA vehicles.
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
Reporting / pivot tables / consolidation
Logistics Supply Chain Management
SAP and NBM Systems (DLP & Qlikview)
Microsoft Office (All Advanced)
Business Process Analysis
Experience:
1-3 years’ experience.
Applicable to internal& external candidates.
