As One of the TEAM
Our customer experience is always front of mind and is the Why behind what we do. As a customer assistant you will enjoy the variety of tasks performed in many areas of the store. Your contribution to the business will be to bring an organised and detail-orientated approach to your responsibility areas and a willingness to continually learn and collaborate with the rest of the team.

Responsibilities:

Your Strategic FOCUS AREAS
Customer Experience
  • Store atmosphere – ensure a professional environment
  • Store look and feel – adherence to store disciplines, marketing and visual merchandising guidelines, knowledge of store layout
Store Disciplines and Productivity
  • Discipline – opening and closing procedures
  • Merchandising – accurate ticketing and effective merchandising as per support office guidelines
Risk Management
  • Stock – effective stock control through accurate receiving and checking of all store deliveries, stock counts and product expiry checks
  • Cash – effective cash handling procedures and controls, assist with POS and cash ups

Qualifications and Additional Information:

We ASK
  • Grade 12
  • 1+ Years retail experience with administrative duties
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills
  • A fair understanding of retail
  • Genuine interest in the Wellness brand and products
  • Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours
