USA Global Marketing International has been growing and is well established for last 10 years and our global approach allows us to have employees all around the globe. The main headquarters of USA Global Marketing is based in the USA and we are locally based in Cape Town, South Africa.
We’re currently looking for vibrant individuals, fluent in English, who have experience in the telemarketing/call centre industry, or similar, to join our best campaign’s yet, and our ever-growing global team.
Position:
This position can often come with rejection and clients are known to be rude at times, the perfect candidate for this position would need to be extremely comfortable speaking to international clients about a range of services offered. They need be level-headed and must be able to think on their feet to handle the customer with ease and move on to the next call, without taking the call personally.
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday – 15:00 to 23:25
Off on all American public holidays.
Double pay for South African public holidays.
Salary:
$2.50 per hour. (R41,15 per hour as of exchange rate from 16 August).
PLUS sales commission, incentives, spiffs and bonuses. All paid out weekly.
Requirements: (please note: you need to meet ALL of the requirements for your application to be successful).
Be fluent and well-spoken in English, neutral accent is important.
Smartphone with WhatsApp is a must.
Fibre connection with a minimum of 10mbps download and 10mbps upload speed.
Laptop or PC (No tablets or cellular devices).
Headset USB 2.0 connection (NO Bluetooth or AUX headsets).
LAN cable (Must be plugged into computer and router).
Backup for your fibre router in case of Loadshedding/power outage. For example a UPS/Generator.
This is a strictly work from home position.
