R10 000 – R15 000 per month

Kontak Recruitment is currently sourcing and recruiting for a Marketing Administrator with experience in project management and strong administration skills to keep track of workflow. The successfully Marketing Administrator must have previous working experience within a Marketing/media/digital marketing or advertising agency working within a similar role/previous similar experience. The Marketing Administrator is to have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work alongside brand managers to ensure projects/tasks are resourced to maximum efficiency.Essential Requirements for the Marketing Project Administrator vacancy:

Three years’ experience working as a Marketing/Project/Traffic Administrator

Previous working experience within marketing/digital marketing or media/advertising agency or similar environment

Previous experience in experience in advertising agencies (Digital, ATL and BTL) environment

Project administration/management experience
Strong admin, accuracy, and attention to detail

Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure marketing collateral and work from account services flows efficiently to creative and production departments

Keeping creative and production teams on task and projects on deadline

Handling the logistics and keeping members updated on progress

Create schedules and set deadlines for various stages of projects

Distribute assignments to the creative teams etc

Progress updates, communicating any issues

Monitor projects and workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly

Working with freelancers and contractors to ensure they have resources needed
Schedule and traffic work into studio, social media, strategy and content marketing from small tasks to large workflows across digital, BTL and ATL.
Facilitate creative workflow planning with projects managers/ brand managers and department heads.
Interact with brand managers and the production team.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements for the Marketing Project Administrator vacancy:

Three years’ experience working as a Marketing/Project/Traffic Administrator

Previous working experience within marketing/digital marketing or media/advertising agency or similar environment
