Specification
TheSpare Parts Telesales Coordinator reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for Spare Parts Telesale efficiency in Jupidex.

The purpose of the role is to contact potential or existing customers to inform them about Spare Parts (Specials Campaigns / Pre-Season Activities). Answering and assisting any questions relating to Spare Parts. Asking questions to understand customers needs and expectations and close Spare Part deals.

Main Responsibilities include:

1.Administration

i.Perform all administration functions at the branch

ii.Order and maintain all basic domestic as well as operational necessities for the branch

iii.Order and maintain all packing material for the branch within budget

iv.Ensure that all filing is done correctly and timeously

v.Ensure that daily orders received is invoiced and ready for collection.

vi.Monitor the budget daily and set goals to achieve it.

2.Marketing

i.Ensure that pre-season on Fast Movers for Spare Parts is initiated and communicated with the Marketing department.

ii.Keep within the marketing budget through discussion with the marketing department for all prospective campaigns.

3.Customer Service

i.Contact customers and dealers daily for needs analysis.

ii.Follow up on quotations timeously

iii.Check bank deposits on quotations supplied

iv.Supply a daily contact activity report to management.

4.Housekeeping

i.Ensure that stock received are captured and packed on the shelves as per procedure.

ii.Conduct weekly rotational stock takes on spare parts.

iii.Report on the stock take with the Operating Manager

iv.Ensure that all areas at the branch is always neat and clean.

Requirements
  • Matric
  • Must be able to assimilate large amounts of information/data and take rational decisions.
  • Requires to be literate and competent – Excel, Email, etc.
  • 2-3 years similar working experience
