Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and resolve customer complaints promptly
- Identify and escalate priority issues with the concerned department
- Manage call center database; enter new information as necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Strong phone and communication skills including active listening
- Ability to work under pressure
