Core Responsibilities:

  • Execute the administrative tasks to ensure service delivery takes place
  • Undertake and execute duties, instructions falling under area of jurisdiction delegated by the supervisor as legislated
  • Adhere to specified standards, policies and SOPs to prevent and reduce wastage on financial resources and escalate associated risk
  • Update computer record database as legislated
  • Ensure effective and efficient service delivery and compliance with all relevant statutory requirements
  • Check the correctness of client information on submitted documents against the information on eNatis system
QualificationsMinimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • 1 year experience in Licensing environment
