Salary: R221 880 – R304 344 per annum (plus benefits)
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial support services to ensure that the regional office is efficiently administered and managed
- Ensure a proper record keeping system is made available and maintained to ensure that up to date information are available and no reports get lost or are not submitted
- Assist, attend and ensure queries relating to service delivery concerns for the attention of Ward Councillors and Coordinators to promote a good image and communication
- Liaise with other Departments on behalf of Ward Coordinator and Ward Councillors to ensure that the tasks are being executed effectively and efficiently
- Ensure provision of administrative and logistical assistance to divisional personnel and Ward Committee Members to ensure open communication
- Grade 12 or relevant equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy
- 1 years’ experience in a similar environment
