Personal Assistant required for Btenficon (pty) Ltd in a home-based, relaxed, private company based in Stellenbosch, Cape Town. Requirements: Organised, Multi-tasker, Communicative, Problem solver, Initiative taking, Flexible.
Objectives and Responsibilities
· Communication with Director and helping with daily tasks and errands
· Liaise with Clients and Colleagues
· First point of call, managing phone/email enquiries, managing mail and shipments, maintaining an organised office space.
· Plan, organize, and schedule company meetings in the office, offsite, and via video conference
· Contactable and reachable at all times, even outside office hours.
· Coordinate and book domestic and international travel, accommodation, event arrangements for Director
· Maintain filing system, contact database, company lists, and inventories
· Assist with billing, preparing and sending invoices; maintain client databases; track accounts; oversee the invoice workflow, and assist in copying and distributing
· Oversee and order office and house supplies and food/parcel deliveries
· General assistance with Residential and Work admin
Skills, Qualifications and Expectations
· Bachelors degree or Diploma
· Drivers Licence essential
· Must have own transport (Fuel remunerated for work hours)
· Must have own phone (Calls and data remunerated for work hours)
· Full computer literacy
· English first language or proficiency
· Microsoft Excel understanding, with aptitude to learn new software and systems

· Fuel and phone package plus work cell phone if necessary
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: R12,000.00 – R20,000.00 per month
