- Takes care of general administrative tasks for the Companion Animal (CA) Team
- Courier services: distribution of marketing material and other necessary documentation from Head Office to TMs and agencies where relevant
- Send product complaints, pharmacovigilence incidences and client queries to the relevant people within AH
- Co-ordinate marketing material approval by relevant people within AH
- Document management
- Manage compliance documents related to honorariums, sponsorships, grants & donations
- Manage filing of signed contracts, e.g. rebate contracts or speaker agreements (within CORA)
- Travel organization for the CA team
- Flight, accommodation and car hire booking
- Assisting with all planned sales meetings, CPD congress and launch events
- Act as first-line administrative support for sales and marketing
- Handles Ruminant sales and marketing administrative tasks
- Loading payment, managing proof of payment
- Further tasks by delegation
- Ensures and supports compliance in the area of accountability:
- Role models and oversees compliance and adherence to corporate SOP’s and procedures (e.g. Code of Conduct), local regulations, ethical standards and best practices as applicable
- Experience in assistant function and office management (minimum of 2 years experience).
- Handling PC and related application. Skills in MS office, SAP etc.
