The purpose of the Data Capturer is to capture data, upload it onto excel and provide a report to the WCM (world class manufacturing) Specialist.
JOB OBJECTIVES
Data Entry
- Capturing Information- Observe, receive and obtain information from team leaders and supervisors
- Provide required information to stakeholders when required
- Compile, code, categories, calculate and verify information and data
Administrative
- Responsible for storing and filling completed information and maintaining records of work tasks and completed documents
- Responsible for maintaining records and files
Operating Equipment
- Operating machines with different systems including keyboards, scanners and printers
NQF 4Matric or Equivalent
Knowledge
Excel: Intermediate – Essential
Data capturing: Basic- Essential
Microsoft Office : Intermediate- Essential
Data base management: Intermediate – Essential
Experience
Data capturing 1-2 Years
Skills
English Comprehension: Intermediate – Essential
Time Management: Intermediate – Essential
Verification Skills: Intermediate – Essential
