Full Job Description

Hours of workMon to -Fri between 2pm and 5am, Sat 3pm-1am

Position Purpose

Primarily handling inbound customer service enquiries and/or outbound retentions voice calls, chats, and emails. Listening to the customers’ needs and resolving any issues they may have. Managing multiple tasks at one time in a fast-paced environment

Job Fit

Excellent listening and questioning skills combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution. The ability to work well in a team and offer multi-channel support, including chat.

Pre-requisites

  • Grade 12
  • Clear criminal and credit record
  • Minimum 3 months’ customer service experience
  • Financial knowledge advantageous
  • Ability to type 24wpm with max 5 errors
  • Good communication skills, be able to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and written in English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Natural conversational ability
  • Computer literacy and the ability to multitask

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From R6,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
