Responsible for inbound/outbound telephonic communication with client base. Ensures the quality of service exceeds customer expectations and establishes constructive relationships with client base. Utilises IT system accurately and ensures that all queries are answered effectively. Refers calls to appropriate departments only if unable to solve query appropriately. Provides accurate product information to clients in line with standards and protocols. What will make you successful in this role?
Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
RE 5 – optional
Exposure to the broker or dealer servicing environment
Minimum of 2 years of broker/dealer sales or administration and client service Deliverable include, but will not be limited to
Attend to incoming queries either telephonic or via email from both Brokers and Broker Clients
Assist with amendments to client’s policies
Provide brokers with constant feedback on queries
Attend to QA corrections as identified by the QA department
Competencies Required
Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
Above average computer literacy in MS Word and Excel
Above average numeric skills
Analytical
Must be highly proficient in dealing with clients at all levels
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in Afrikaans & English – both verbal and written
Attention to detail
