Probation and Training Structure

The first 6 months serve as a probation period. During this time, both you and AFGRI check if the fit is right for the long term.

After probation, expect these steps:

Extra help comes from subjects like Physical Science, Engineering Graphics & Design, Diesel Trade Theory, or Motor Trade Theory.
