South West Gauteng TVET College is opening doors for unemployed N6 graduates through its Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme for 2026. This programme gives you a chance to gain 18 months of real workplace experience. It helps you complete your National N Diploma in fields like business and management.

What Is the WIL Programme?

South West Gauteng TVET College partners with SETAs such as MICT SETA, W&R SETA, and FoodBev SETA. The programme targets students who finished their N6 qualification but need practical training. Over 18 months, you work at a host employer to build skills and boost your job prospects.

Key Programme Details

The WIL Programme runs for 18 months and starts around 1 June 2026. You receive a monthly stipend of R3 500. It takes place at the Florida Campus in Roodepoort, Gauteng.

Who Can Apply?

To qualify, you must meet these rules:

  • Hold an N6 qualification in a matching field.
  • Need exactly 18 months of WIL for your National N Diploma.
  • Be unemployed and free for the full time.
  • Have a letter from a host employer if you already arranged one.

Documents You Need

Submit certified copies of:

  • Your full CV.
  • Matric or NC(V) Level 4 certificate.
  • ID document.
  • College letter confirming your need for 18 months WIL.
  • Proof of where you live.
  • Bank statement or confirmation letter.
  • Affidavit stating you are not in any other SETA programme.
  • SARS registration letter.
  • N4 to N6 certificates.

Make sure all copies are clearly certified. Missing items mean your application gets rejected.
