The position is Plumber Learnership with reference number NET/02/2026. It lasts through a structured program focused on plumbing and water infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Learners will help the Network Department with daily tasks. These include water pipeline maintenance and fixing infrastructure issues. You will do field inspections to spot faults, assist with plumbing installations, and handle operational maintenance.
You will also promote safe practices at worksites. This builds practical skills you can use right away.
Minimum Requirements
You need a Matric (Grade 12) certificate to apply. A valid Code 8 Driver’s Licence is also required.
It helps if you have plumbing experience, time in construction, or basic knowledge of tools and safety.
Preference for Applicants
Siza Water prefers people living in their service area. Local candidates can respond faster to field work and help with community services.
