About the Learnership Programme
Pepkor Lifestyle runs popular retail brands like HiFi Corporation, Incredible Connection, Bradlows, Russells, Rochester, and Sleepmasters. The learnership targets entry-level participants and focuses on building practical retail and workplace skills. It provides real-world experience in a fast-paced industry.
What You Will Learn
Learners get training in key areas that matter in retail jobs. You will practice customer service on the shop floor and learn marketing and merchandising basics. The program also covers English and math skills, using point-of-sale systems, stock control, loss prevention, opening customer accounts, and understanding the retail world.
Minimum Requirements
To apply, you need a Matric certificate and South African citizenship. You must have no criminal record and be ready to work and learn in retail. People with disabilities are welcome to join.
