Programme Duration and Location

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this internship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a Matric/Grade 12/N3/NTC Level 4 certificate.
  • Possess a recognised three-year Bachelor’s Degree or three-year National Diploma from an accredited tertiary institution.
  • The qualification must be in an appropriate Human Resources-related field.
  • Examples of relevant qualifications include: Diploma in Labour Relations, Diploma in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management, Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Psychology, or LLM in Labour Law.

Additional Requirements

Applicants should also possess the following:

  • Be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Be computer literate, with familiarity in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Be willing to learn new software and applications.
  • Be willing to travel locally within South Africa.
  • Be 35 years old or younger.
  • Must not have previously participated in an internship.
  • Must not have previously worked in their field of study.
