The Department of Trade, Industry and Competition (the dtic) Internships 2026 offer a great chance for South African graduates to gain real-world experience. Program Details

The Department of Trade, Industry and Competition (the dtic) Internships 2026 take place in Sunnyside, Pretoria. The program gives interns hands-on work in government systems. It aims to make participants more employable by teaching practical skills and knowledge.

Interns will earn a monthly stipend of R7,860.50. This amount may change based on the highest qualification held at the start.

Applicants need a tertiary qualification at NQF Level 6 or higher. The fields include:

Basic Requirements

To qualify for the Department of Trade, Industry and Competition (the dtic) Internships 2026, you must:

Be an unemployed South African graduate.
Hold a qualification at NQF Level 6 or above.

Show professionalism and integrity.
Be analytical with good attention to detail.
