Minimum Requirements
To be considered for these internship positions, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a South African citizen.
- Possess a Senior Certificate/Grade 12.
- Hold a recognised National Diploma or Degree at NQF Level 6/7 for the Internal Audit position.
- Hold a recognised Law Degree at NQF Level 7 for the Legal Services position.
- Be unemployed.
- Have not previously participated in an internship programme in any Government Department.
For the Internal Audit role, membership of the Siyakhula Student Membership Programme or the Institute of Internal Auditors South Africa (IIASA) will be an advantage. Practical Legal Training will also be an advantage for the Legal Services role.
