Duties and Responsibilities of Interns

Successful interns will be involved in a range of tasks that provide a broad understanding of office operations. These duties include maintaining and updating document registers, handling stakeholder queries, and performing general office administration. Filing, data capturing, and diary management are also key responsibilities. Interns will assist in organizing meetings and appointments, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and screening calls.

Further responsibilities may involve preparing reports and presentations, maintaining filing systems, and assisting with travel arrangements. Taking meeting minutes and supporting small projects and events are also part of the role. Required Skills and Competencies

Beyond academic qualifications, the RAF seeks candidates who demonstrate essential professional skills. Strong organizational abilities are paramount for managing multiple tasks and maintaining order within the office. Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling them to interact effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
