\nWe are a UK based pet food company with a passion for healthy solutions for feline nutrition. At the moment, we are experiencing exponential growth and are looking to expand our team.<\/p>\n

Remuneration:<\/b>
\nR10,000 (performance R2,000 bonus)
\nThe role requires that you love and own a cat to be genuine and authentic.<\/p>\n

About the role:<\/b>
\nWe currently have a 4.8 rating on trust pilot as evidence of the quality of our product and our commitment to customer service and we are looking for three new agents to join our team. The role requires that you respond to our customers in a courteous, proactive, and professional manner.<\/p>\n

Working hours:<\/b>
\n11am – 7:30pm (SA time)<\/p>\n

\n(The role is working from home. To perform the role of a homeworker you will need a high spec internet speed)<\/p>\n

Critical:<\/b>
\nGreat verbal reasoning skills
\nHigh proficiency in Microsoft office
\nHigh level of English language proficiency which will be tested
\nTyping speed 35 words per minute minimum
\nSpace and facilities to work at home
\nHighspeed internet connection
\nContingency for load shedding<\/p>\n

Desirable:<\/b>
\nExperience working in a telephone or e-mail-based contact centre.
\nA genuine interest in British culture and the subtleties of language.
\nGreat attention to detail.<\/p>\n
