Roles and Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n

As a Chat Support Agent, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:<\/p>\n

• Respond to customers, identify customer issues, provide solutions, converse in a polite and professional manner, and perform data entry<\/li>\n
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries<\/li>\n
• Work with the customer in trying to find a solution to their problem<\/li>\n
• Answer frequently asked questions and provide technical support assistance when needed<\/li>\n
• Always provide the utmost customer service when chatting with customers\/prospective customers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Skills and Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n

  \n
  • 1+ years of experience in chat customer service and at least 3 years of general customer service<\/li>\n
  • Ability to multi-task as you will be taking multiple chats at once<\/li>\n
  • Written English grammar and spelling at a C1 level<\/li>\n
  • Outstanding communication skills are a must<\/li>\n
  • Empathy and customer service skills<\/li>\n
  • Ability to work under pressure and be articulate and professional<\/li>\n
  • Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality<\/li>\n
  • Effectively communicate the full range of available products and services offered<\/li>\n
  • Ability to type at least 40 WPM with 0 errors<\/li>\n
  • Ability to work independently researching information<\/li>\n
  • Must be proficient on the computer which includes being able to navigate through the web and various tools provided<\/li>\n
  • Must be motivated and sales-driven (bonus structure involved)!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
