The Digital Administrator role is a junior position required to ensure the accurate capturing and processing of the information submitted by intermediaries for digital services requested on the Digital Engagement Platform. Effectively carrying out tasks within the role will ensure processes run smoothly during the automated & manual provisioning of digital services workflows, allowing intermediaries to have a compliant professional digital presence (websites, social media, newsletters, etc.) to engage with their clients.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/span><\/h4>\nWhat will make you successful in this role?
\nProofreading, editing, and approval of data
\nQuality assurance and testing where required
\nProducing digital content from templates provided, to personalize content for intermediaries on websites, social media, and email
\nAdministering social media pages such as Facebook and LinkedIn
\nCommunication with intermediaries, providing support and assistance when required
\nParticipating in initiatives to continuously help make websites work for intermediaries
\nSupport and collaborate with team members on day-to-day tasks<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n\nQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE<\/span><\/h4>\nQualification and experience
\nA relevant tertiary qualification \u2013 BComm Marketing or Bachelor of Arts
\nAdditional qualification and\/or interest informal business communication, formal business writing, and content editing will be advantageous
\nInterest in digital marketing and online media (websites, social media, email, mobile)<\/p>\n
Knowledge and skills
\nMS: Office (Excel, Word, PPT), Teams
\nCopy editing, proofreading, and excellent English grammar
\nSocial media platforms: use of Facebook, LinkedIn
\nDigital marketing platforms, channels, mediums
\nDigital marketing campaigns and digital content production<\/p>\n
