Main Purpose of the job :<\/div>\n

• Maintain office services by organizing office operations, correspondence and support the work of CEO, Managers within the organization.<\/li>\n
• Provide support to Mentors and Mentees of the organization.<\/li>\n
• Ensure smooth running of the office and contribute in driving sustainable growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
  Key Responsibilities of this role :<\/div>\n

  \n
  • Undertake a variety of administrative, clerical and managerial tasks.<\/li>\n
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence ( Email & Letters etc) .<\/li>\n
  • Scheduling Meetings & Taking Minutes.<\/li>\n
  • Managing Agenda of CEO.<\/li>\n
  • Prepare PowerPoint Presentation.<\/li>\n
  • Organizing travel arrangements within the organization.<\/li>\n
  • Ordering and managing of stationery for the organization.<\/li>\n
  • Planning events.<\/li>\n
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.<\/li>\n
  • Create and update records and databases with personal and other data<\/li>\n
  • Making sure the facilities are clean, orderly, and safe<\/li>\n
  • Analyze supply to determine cost-saving and efficiency savings.<\/li>\n
  • Provide daily\/weekly\/monthly Reports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
