MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB<\/b><\/p>\n

• Install and configure of Laptop\/ Desktops<\/li>\n
• Ensuring Laptop\/Desktop patches are up to date and applied<\/li>\n
• Upgrading of Laptop\/Desktop firmware as they get released<\/li>\n
• Limited profile\/password functions e.g. password resets<\/li>\n
• Assisting new users<\/li>\n
• Maintaining Printer<\/li>\n
• Update Contact list on Ozone portal<\/li>\n
• Remote Support to Users<\/li>\n
• Log call with Dell for laptop related issues<\/li>\n
• Able to support Mobile devices, configuration of Sandblast Connect and Sanblast Protect on mobile devices.<\/li>\n
• Pre-setup of Desk for new starters<\/li>\n
• Follow-up with users on daily reports where actions required e.g. reboots<\/li>\n
• Follow-up with users where software patches must be applied e.g. Google Chrome, Apple patches etc<\/li>\n
• Ensure that information security system conforms to the requirements of ISO 27001 within the responsibilities assigned to the role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

  • Good understanding of Windows 10<\/li>\n
  • Willingness to work overtime or flexible hours \u2013 standby shift on rotation<\/li>\n
