Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to: \uf0b7
\nMaintain a filing system relevant to Growth environment keeping track of all aspects pertaining to
\nvarious projects. \uf0b7
\nUpdate administrative systems to make them more efficient. \uf0b7
\nMake contact with Municipalities in relation to identifying stakeholders as part of the wayleave
\nsubmission process in preparation for Planners. \uf0b7
\nOrganize and schedule appointments with Municipalities as required. \uf0b7
\nCollection and collation of time sheets from Site Supervisors and follow outsource services SOP (sign
\noff from PM & HR). \uf0b7
\nPrepare and manage communication and release of \u2018live\u2019 areas on the network and MDU\u2019s for Sales
\nand Scheduling to work from. \uf0b7
\nAssist with quotes from suppliers as required. \uf0b7
\nAdding information to the BOM as required. \uf0b7
\nAny adhoc tasks as required by their manager (reporting, admin or personal assistant tasks).<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Requirements<\/b><\/div>\nThe successful candidate must have the following experience\/skills: – \uf0b7
\nProven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin assistant \uf0b7
\nExperience on the systems used within HeroTel would be an advantage \uf0b7
\nKnowledge of office management systems and procedures. \uf0b7
\nWorking knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines. \uf0b7
\nProficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular). \uf0b7
\nExcellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. \uf0b7
\nAttention to detail and problem-solving skills. \uf0b7
\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills. \uf0b7
\nStrong organizational and administration skills with the ability to multi-task
\nQualifications:
\n\uf0b7 Grade 12 \uf0b7
\nAdditional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be an advantage.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
