In fact, when you register for a Learnership you will be paid in the form of a stipend. This means you will be paid monthly while you are on the leadership – the amount you will be paid depends on the academic level of the Learnership.
Sovereign Foods Learnerships Programme Details
Interested applicants can apply for the Sovereign Foods Learnership 2022 provided they qualify and meet the program requirements.
Sovereign Foods is offering opportunities to suitably qualified candidates to undergo a 4 year apprenticeship programme which will result in a national qualification. The successful candidates will join our Maintenance Department for the duration of their Apprenticeship, rotating within the different sites in Uitenhage and Hartbeespoort.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate must be in possession of N3 certificate with Maths, Science and Trade theory or Technical Matric certificate as a minimum.
- Individuals who are employed will have to resign from their current positions once they have been accepted to join the programrne.

Critical Competencies and Skills
- Minimum of N3 certificate with Maths, Science and Trade theory.
- Older than 16 years.
- Ability to work with diverse groups.
- Knowledge of basic hand tools relevant to the trade.
