In fact, when you register for a Learnership you will be paid in the form of a stipend. This means you will be paid monthly while you are on the leadership – the amount you will be paid depends on the academic level of the Learnership.
SAB Miller Learnerships Programme Details
Interested applicants can apply for the SAB Miller Learnership 2022 provided they qualify and meet the program requirements.
Purpose
The key purpose of this role is to drive the increase of Sales, Volume, Market Share, Brand Equity and Corporate Reputation.
Learnership Period: 23 March 2020 to 22 March 2022#
Requirements
- Learners must have a minimum of a Grade 12 with 2 x Languages (English is essential + any other Official South African language)
- Must be a South African Citizen and unemployed
- Between age of 18 and 35
- No criminal record or negative credit record
- Must not be enrolled for any formal full time studies
Competence
- Excellent English proficiency and communication skills
- Excellent telephone skills
- Basic computer literacy and experience working with Microsoft Office
- Recruited in line with National EAP statistics – see below
- Valid medical record detailing disability (where applicable)
- Ability to work in a flexible working environment (working on week-ends) and attending classes on weekends if required
- Willingness to attend training in Gauteng
- Willingness to commit for a 12 month period
