When you register for a Learnership Programme you will receive training towards a full qualification but you don’t have to pay study fees. In fact, when you register for a Learnership you will be paid in the form of a stipend. This means you will be paid monthly while you are on the leadership – the amount you will be paid depends on the academic level of the Learnership.
Miway Learnerships Programme Details
Interested applicants can apply for the Miway Learnership 2022 provided they qualify and meet the program requirements.
This 12 month learnership is made up of a number of learning programs, including business communication, business writing, business calculations, customer care, finance for office managers and other business administration related programs.
During the learnership program in the Pharmaceutical industry, learners will experience a blended methodology of theoretical learning as well as practical portfolio activities and qualification related work place experience.

- Communication skills: good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Learning agility learns quickly and grasps new concepts fast.

- Interpersonal effectiveness.
- Computer Literacy: Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and be able to navigate online learning platform.

- Management, Human Resource or Industrial Psychology Degree
Medical Sales Representative Learner
- Matric (NSC).
- A tertiary degree. BSc/ BCom is preferred.
- Unendorsed SA – code 8 Drivers license is essential.
Business Admin Learner – Quality Assurance(QA)
- Matric (NSC).
- Tertiary Qualification: BSc Degree, BTech or MTech.
Business Admin Learner – Regulatory Affairs

- Matric (A National Senior Certificate).
- Preference will be given to candidates with a commercially related tertiary degree.
