Responsibilities
- Generating accurate sales report.
- Travel arrangements.
- Cash float management.
- Prepare reports for KAM & RSM.
- Preparing presentations
- Prepare Sales analysis.
- Meeting minutes.
- Recon quarterly stock rebates.
- Arranging Merchandisers diary.
- Process purchase orders.
- Effectively manage the calendar of the KAM & RSM.
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Secretarial / Administration qualifications
- 3 years administration experience
- Good communication skills
- Time Management Skills
- Organisational Skills
