Harmony Gold Learnerships 2026 cover these four trades:

• Rigger: Assembles and checks equipment structures for safety.
• Boilermaker / Plater: Builds and fixes metal parts for machines.

• Auto Electrician: Repairs wiring and electrics in vehicles.

Minimum Requirements

You must meet all these to apply:

• Technical Grade 12, or
• Grade 12 with Mathematics and Science (at least 50%),
• OR N2 with 4 subjects in trade theory,
• OR NCV Level 4 with Mathematics (50%) and trade theory.
• Proof of residence like a water or lights bill.
• Medically fit to work.
• Ready for psychometric tests.
• Medical Certificate of Fitness.
• Good at English for reading, writing, and speaking.
• Full N3 needed for Instrumentation with right subjects.
