In fact, when you register for a Learnership you will be paid in the form of a stipend. This means you will be paid monthly while you are on the leadership – the amount you will be paid depends on the academic level of the Learnership.

Interested applicants can apply for the Assmang Ltd Learnership 2022 provided they qualify and meet the program requirements.
ASSMANG Ltd – Manganese Division have opportunities for Learnerships (Apprenticeships) under mentioned disciplines (Trades) at their Black Rock Mine Operations situated 80km North-west of Kuruman in the Northern Cape.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 with Maths and Science
- Valid Code B / EB driver’s licence
- Dover B Symbol
- Must pass the Technical Test Battery Assessment
- English Literacy
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must be medically fit as per Mine Health and Safety Act 29/1996

N2 with the following subjects:
- Mathematics (not Mathematics literacy)
- Engineering Science
- Engineering Drawing
- Electrical Theory
- Motor Electrical Theory
