When you register for a Learnership Programme you will receive training towards a full qualification but you don’t have to pay study fees. In fact, when you register for a Learnership you will be paid in the form of a stipend. This means you will be paid monthly while you are on the leadership – the amount you will be paid depends on the academic level of the Learnership.

AON: Insurance Learnership programme 2021

Aon offers young unemployed students an opportunity to join our Learnership program. This program is a one-year Learnership which offers a full Short-Term Insurance Qualification and work experience in our Johannesburg office.

Responsibilities:

This 12 month Learnership Programme is an opportunity to obtain a qualification in Short Term Insurance NQF 4. The incumbent in this role will attend theory training at a reputable Training Provider for the first 6 months and will join the workplace thereafter to gain practical short term insurance experience for the remainder of the Programme.

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a Matric
  1. English with at least a pass of 50%
  2. 2nd Language with at least a pass of 50%
  3. Math with at least a 50% pass
  • Unemployed
  • South African Citizen
  • Between the ages of 18 and 25

Competencies:

  • Integrity,
  • Honesty,
  • Time Management
  • Good Interpersonal skills,
  • Computer literacy
