Pepkor Lifestyle is seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals for its Degree, Diploma, and TVET Graduate Programme in 2026. This initiative is a 12-month program for degree and diploma holders, while TVET graduates will participate in an 18-month work-integrated learning program. The program is based in Sandton, Gauteng, and focuses on providing hands-on experience across various business functions within the retail industry.

Eligibility and Requirements

To be considered for the Pepkor Lifestyle Graduate Programme, applicants must meet several criteria. They need to hold a degree or diploma in fields such as Business Management, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Law (Bachelor of Laws, BCom Law), Risk Management, Financial Management, Software Engineering (BSc or BCom), or Logistics and Supply Chain Management (N6). Additionally, graduates with IT qualifications like IT Project Administration, Project Management, IT Information Systems, or Business Information Technology (N6) are encouraged to apply. TVET college students requiring 18 months of practical training are also eligible.

Applicants must be unemployed South African citizens under the age of 32, with a valid ID. They should have obtained their qualifications from an accredited university or tertiary institution.
