Interns will also gain experience in pool vehicle administration, client and service provider interaction, and maintaining asset inventory lists.
Further training will involve providing basic Human Resource administration support for the region and contributing to other divisional initiatives. The role also encompasses general administrative tasks such as minute-taking, report writing, and responding to routine inquiries. Maintaining the Regional Office’s filing system and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence are also key components of the internship.
Basic and Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for this administration internship, applicants must possess a Matric certificate (Grade 12, N3, or NTC Level 4). Additionally, a recognized three-year Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma from an accredited tertiary institution is required. The fields of study accepted include Public Management, Administration, Project Management, Humanities, or Political Science. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
