EnviroServ Waste Management is opening doors for unemployed youth in South Africa with the Business Administration Services NQF Level 3 Learnership Programme for 2026. This 12-month opportunity combines classroom learning and real workplace experience to build practical skills. Programme Overview

EnviroServ Waste Management (Pty) Ltd runs this learnership to help young people gain office skills and job experience. The National Certificate: Business Administration Services at NQF Level 3 prepares participants for entry-level admin roles. Applications close on 22 May 2026, and the programme takes place in Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality, Eastern Cape.

Programme Structure

The learnership splits into two main parts. First, spend 3 months in classroom sessions learning business basics, communication, office processes, and how to prepare for work. Then, move to 9 months of practical training on the job, where you apply those skills in a real office environment.

Who Can Apply?

You must be a South African citizen, aged 18 to 30, unemployed, and have a Grade 12. Live in one of these wards in Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality: Ward 16, Ward 23, Ward 30, Ward 53, Ward 54, Ward 55, Ward 56, Ward 57, Ward 58, Ward 59, or Ward 60. Proof of residence from your ward councillor is required.

Minimum Requirements

Start with a Matric certificate that includes English and Mathematics. Computer skills, Accounting, Economics, or Business Studies will help your application stand out.

Skills You Will Gain

This learnership covers key office abilities. You will learn office administration, communication, filing and document management, computer use, customer service, business writing, teamwork, organization, and professional behavior at work.
