In-Store Execution & Merchandising

Visit stores on planned days. Set up product displays that follow company rules. Check stock levels, rotate old items, and keep everything fresh. Fill out surveys and hit targets for store checks.

Customer Support

Help customers order products through the MyCCBA platform. Take part in promotions and events. Talk to shoppers to learn what they like and how they shop.

Team Collaboration

Join sales team members for daily work. Get tips from account developers. Help out as managers direct.

Minimum Requirements

You need a Grade 12 certificate. Pass Mathematics or Maths Literacy with at least 40%. Get 40% or more in English and another language. Be a South African citizen between 18 and 35 years old. Stay unemployed, not in school or another learnership. No past version of this qualification. Clear criminal and credit checks. Work six days a week.

A driver’s license helps. A qualification in sales and marketing after Matric is a plus.

Skills and Competencies

Good communication and people skills matter. Focus on customer service. Pay attention to details. Handle busy times well. Work as a team player.

Programme Details

Lasts 12 months. Earn at least 120 credits. Fits sales, marketing, and retail fields.
