Qualification and Certification
Participants will earn a Further Education and Training Certificate in Real Estate at NQF Level 4. They also prepare for the PPRA Professional Designation Examination (PDE 4). This sets them up to become Non-Principal Property Practitioners (NPPPs). The training combines classroom learning with real-world skills.
Learnership Details
The programme lasts 12 months. Learners receive a monthly stipend of R5 500. It takes place in Mpumalanga, South Africa. Applications close on 14 April 2026, so act fast.
